Delete your Learnea account
In the app
- Open Learnea and go to Profile.
- Tap Account, then Delete account.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email hello@learnea.app from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days and email you when it is done.

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store's subscription settings first.
What is deleted
Your account, profile, learning progress, every answer you typed, session history, what Learnea worked out about you, and anything you flagged. A document you uploaded that was never approved goes too, along with the text taken from it. Copies in our backups are removed within 30 days.
What is kept
A document you uploaded that a reviewer approved as official course material stays, with the link to you cut, because other learners' courses are built on it. The curriculum built from your goal also stays, and its description repeats the goal you typed. See section 7 of the Privacy Policy.
